Cooking Steps
- 1Heat sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and garlic in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- 2Place bok choy, cut side down, into the pan. Sear for 5 minutes, turning halfway through.
- 3Add 1 tbsp Soyaki sauce and 1 tbsp water to the pan. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes until the water evaporates.
- 4Remove from heat and top with remaining Soyaki sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds if desired.
